The Association has been named as a defendant in a legal action filed by members Mike and Karen Joyce.  The complaint document has been posted on the website and the bulletin board.  The Board has engaged legal counsel on behalf of the association and on advice of counsel cannot discuss the case further at this time.  As soon as circumstances allow us to share more information with the membership, we will do so.  I know this can be frustrating, but please bear with us.
