Minutes of Special Board Meeting: May 18, 2006 at the community pool

The Board meeting commenced at 6 PM. The following Board members were present: President, Paul Zacharias, Vice President, Sara Clarke, Secretary, Peggy Steele, Treasurer, Karen Joyce and Operations Coordinator, Joe Bowen. All homeowners were notified of the meeting agenda by an e mail message and a notice posted on the community bulletin board at least 48 hours prior to the meeting..

1. The Board agreed to have a special meeting to vote on a motion to cancel the fine for 14 Mahoe Drive South now that roof repairs have been completed. The Board approved the motion and the fine was cancelled. Paul read a letter that he will send notifying the homeowner of the Board’s action

2. The Board also met to discuss and agree on the wording of a letter to lot owners and builders regarding construction site management. The Board discussed the contents of the letter and made some modifications. The Board agreed that the modified letter should be sent to Lot owners and builders and attached to the minutes of this meeting.

With no other items on the special meeting agenda, the meeting was adjourned at 7 PM.
