It’s that time again to report the association’s projected year end financial status and present the budget for the new year.  I’m happy to report that we will make our 2005 budget with a surplus that will go into reserve accounts in 2006.  The 2006  budget was approved at the Board of Directors Meeting held Nov. 17, 2005.  

Also approved by the board at this meeting are the dues assessments for 2006 which will stay the same as last year.  

 Annual dues are $175 for each lot owned to be paid by January 31, 2006.  Monthly payments have been discontinued.

Late fees of $10 per month per lot owned will be assessed on payments received after January 31.  These late fees will accrue for each month that the dues are not paid.

Legal options (including property liens) will be enforced on members that are six months (or more) delinquent.

The HBEHOA thanks you for your support in the past years and hopes that you will continue this cooperation in the future to ensure that the Home Owners Assoc. remains financially sound.
