OF COVENANTS, RESTRICTIONS AND EASEMENTS This DECLARATION made this 24th day of January , 1990 , by SIM-PAR, INC., a Florida corporation, hereinafter referred to as the "Developer". W I T N E S S E T H: Whereas, the Developer is the record owner of the fee simple title of real property located in the City of Flagler Beach, Florida, more particularly described as follows to-wit:
NOW, THEREFORE, the Developer hereby declares that the lots described above shall be held, transferred, sold, conveyed and occupied subject to the covenants, restrictions, reservations and liens hereinafter set forth.
