| 7/22/2009 - Jean Mattson - Slow down on Armand Beach Drive. The speed limit is 25 MPH! My dog was hit & injured on 7/27/2009 by one of the inconsiderate members of HBEHOA. He didnt stop after hitting the dog and later denied it. Next time it may be a human being that is hit by a speeding car. PLEASE SLOW DOWN! |

| 11/9/2008 - Steve Robinson - If anyone is contemplating any renovations or additions, I heartily recommend Ralph Boyd and Mike Staff, who handled our project that involved a new roof, new flooring, new upper deck and extended back deck. They also backstopped the previously-contracted company, Patterson, that closed in our sunroom, at one point catching Patterson in a pretty big error. Ralph and Mike are perfectionists, who take great pride in doing the job right. And while having construction done on your house for the better part of four months is never pleasant, having Ralph and Mike on site every day was a breeze. An added bonus is that they live nearby, on the beachside streets just north of Sea Colony. Ralph is at 569-8467, and Mike is 237-1649. | 6/3/2008 - Jean Mattson - The speeding on Armand Beach Drive is a constant problem to me and other homeowners who live on it. The speed limit is posted 25 mph. What can we do to get people to slow down? A flashing light on the speed limit sign is maybe an option. This afternoon a large flatbed truck flew by moving at least 40 mph,twice. Slow down, it is the law! |
