Time will also be provided for members to ask questions of the Board on other matters or to raise issues for the Board’s consideration. No other matters will be officially voted upon at this meeting. Agenda Calling the Roll, Certifying Proxies, Proof of Notice of the Meeting Selection of vote counters (3) Presentation of Alternative proposals—questions and discussion Casting of ballots Report of vote counters Implementation responsibility and timeframe for selected proposal Questions of the Board and Issues for the Board’s Consideration (each member can speak for up to 3 minutes) Adjournment Voting Procedures Prior to the start of the meeting, the secretary will accept proxy forms and absentee ballots only. Ballots will be provided to those in attendance. Members in attendance will mark and cast their own and any proxy ballots at the designated time following the presentation and discussion of the alternative proposals. |
