Minutes of the December 19, 2007 ABEHOA Board Meeting

 

In attendance were: Dr. Charles Weiss, Gary Fairley, Roger Demen and Joe Sermarini.

The agenda was composed of three major topics:

 

  1. Selection of Candidates for the 2008 ABEHOA Board of Directors.

 

We need 4 board members and the candidates nominated are:

    • Roger Demen
    • Gary Fairley
    • John Pavlos
    • Joe Sermarini

 

  1. Approval of Armand Beach Drive Cul de Sac repairs

 

The Board approved an expenditure of $1,400 to be added to the budget for  repair of 3 holes at the end of Ocean Dune Circle. This item was added

 to the 2008 Budget.

 

  1. Approval of the proposed 2008 Budget and Dues (Letter will be sent to members)
