Minutes of the December 19, 2007
ABEHOA Board Meeting
In attendance were: Dr. Charles Weiss, Gary Fairley,
Roger Demen and Joe Sermarini.
The agenda was composed of three major topics:
- Selection of Candidates for the 2008 ABEHOA Board
of Directors.
We need 4 board members and
the candidates nominated are:
- Roger Demen
- Gary Fairley
- John Pavlos
- Joe Sermarini
- Approval of Armand Beach Drive Cul de Sac repairs
The Board approved an
expenditure of $1,400 to be added to the budget for repair of 3 holes at
the end of Ocean Dune Circle. This item was added
to the 2008 Budget.
- Approval of the proposed 2008 Budget and Dues
(Letter will be sent to members)
