This special meeting of the Board has been called so that the current Board can give focused time and attention to certain C&R enforcement and Architectural Review matters that have been ongoing this year. Specifically, the Board will discuss and, where appropriate, make decisions regarding
· Applicability of the C&R’s 2-pet limitation to a residence that is built on two lots (51-53 Armand Beach Drive)
· Enforcement issues and plan for 14 Mahoe Drive South
· Screened porch proposal for 6 Laurel Drive
· Any other open enforcement matters
· Lessons learned from experience in enforcing C&Rs
· Staffing needs and recommendations for the Architectural Review Committee (ARC) and Fining Committee
Members of the ARC and the residents identified above will be invited to address the Board on their specific issues.
The Board will also vote on an amendment to the Election Procedures for the Annual Meeting to provide more detailed procedures for the vote counting process.
